How To Create A Gravatar For WordPress

Adding a Gravatar is a very simple procedure that for some reason the vast majority of bloggers and entrepreneurs are not doing.
First let’s start with what they are. When you see comments on a persons blog, on the left side of the comment there is a image.
Most often you will see a gray cartoon looking figure because the person making the post did not bother to set up a free account, upload a picture and make a Gravatar.
It is so very important to let people put a face to your name. It promotes trust and the feeling that they know you. When people feel you are a friend and can trust you they are far more likely to do business with you.
All you have to do is set up a free account, upload a picture of yourself and attach it to which ever email address you use when you are posting a comment.
This very simple trick can seriously boost your social media presence one hundred times more than it is and you only have to create the Gravatar once to make an impact on your personal brand.
As far as what type of image, stick with a close up. It may or may not make you a little uncomfortable yet it is necessary because the image itself is so small.
