“Are You Afraid To Succeed?”

Corporate LadderThis may sound absolutely INSANE……….

I see it too much.  Here is another something scary; before some of you finish reading this you may are yourself.

So how can you tell the difference?  People who are serious about making a change in their life and are confident in them selves, set a goal and take massive action.

The craziest part about being afraid…..   Just define it. I’m not referring to some of the acronyms there are for the word fear, yet what fear is by definition.  Fear is the anticipation of pain.  Here is the crazy part, think about that for a second; fear is the anticipation of pain.  Now let’s dissect the word anticipation.

Is it past tense?  No.

Is it current tense?  No.

It is the future!  So now some people live life worrying about something that only hasn’t happened, but it may never happen.

If you’re serious about changing your life and you find something that you are passionate about, GO FOR IT!  Avoid diving in head first without doing your home work, that’s how people get hurt.  Do your diligence on whatever it is, and if they check out TAKE ACTON and don’t live in fear.

If you see the value in something and believe you have found your passion and don’t take a step forward because you’re afraid you will fail, you have only robbed yourself of the opportunity to succeed.

“Insanity is doing the exact same thing over and over and expecting a different result.” ~Albert Einstein

Have you ever seen a fly against the sliding glass door wall in your home?  What is it doing?  It’s flying into the glass over and over, why?  It sees its freedom right on the other side of the glass and its trying to get there over and over.

It is looking through the glass at the open air, and then a kind person opens the door to its freedom allowing it to fly away.   Again and again, the fly keeps smacking into the glass until it’s mentally and physically exhausted and falls to the ground motionless.

The moral to the story….

The method to my madness….

Don’t be the fly, take massive and immediate action!
